Some of those benefits include locking in your pricing, having access to track your order, creating a wish list, or having the ability to simply reorder what was on your last purchase order. Creating an account will give you the capability to update your shipping address to ensure that your package is delivered to the right location, and it allows you to manage aspects of your account.
A: Please call 1-844-pik-fast to speak with your sales representative. Your initial account set up will be done by our staff to ensure proper completion. You will then be prompted to use your username (email) and your assigned temporary authorization code to get you started. Following account set up, you will have the opportunity to determine your own unique log in password for access to your account and placing online orders.
A: Your username is typically the same email address that you have listed on file with FAST. If you are unsure of your email, please call 1-844-pik-fast for assistance.
A: If you know your username but you forgot your password, simply click on the link that says “forgot your password?” under the access sign in section. It will require you to type in your username and click on the submit button. Please give this process a few minutes to sync with the system. You will receive a short survey of questions to answer about your account and then you will have the opportunity to recreate a log in password.
A: We are unable process international orders online at this time. Our website is only set up to accept domestic orders and ship domestically.
