Payments
There are 3 payment options for all International orders.
| Wire Transfers | We accept wire payments for all pre-pay orders. Please send your remittance form with payment to the Accounting Specialist at jlewis@pik-fast.com. |
| Checks | We accept all checks. Must be in USD, payable through a U.S. bank specified on the check |
| Credit Cards | We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. |
Shipping
International orders do not qualify for FAST’s free domestic freight program. FAST is able to quote international shipping charges within two business days. Feel free to provide contact information for a preferred Ex Works/collect shipping method to better streamline your shipping carrier.
Duties and Taxes
All duties, customs fees and taxes are paid for by the receiver. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the receiver and FAST has no control over these charges, nor can FAST predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary from country to country, whenever possible please let FAST know of any special import/export documents required to ship with your order.
Fulfillment Policy
International orders shipping from FAST will ship complete with in the quoted lead-time on your order. In the unlikely event of a stock outage, FAST may request a short shipment, and your account will be credited for the difference. FAST will not back order product for international orders.
