Laser Engraving Foil Description

Add color and shine to your engraving projects with laser engraving foil. These colorful, metallic foils allow decals and stencils to come to life for lasering projects. Made from a thin, polyester mylar tape, these foils can be used to add extra color and a metallic luster to any surface or engraving material including wood, marble, plastic, and anything laser-friendly that is non-porous.

The process of adding color and flare to your product with these adhesive laser foils is very easy. First, you’ll want to clean the surface to remove any debris that could get trapped under the foil. Then, using a regular scissors, cut the foil to the size you want. Peel the protective liner from the back of the foil to expose the adhesive and stick the foil to your surface, pressing firmly. Push out any air bubbles that may have formed and you are ready for the laser engraver. After it’s been engraved, gently peel away the extra foil.
