Stitchery Tape Product Description

An “ultimate” double-sided customary grade adhesive tape, stitchery tape eliminates the need for glue, pins, and staples by safely bonding to even the most delicate of fabrics.

Acid-free and transparent, stitchery tape was specifically designed for mounting stretched needle work to art boards and foam core. Its aggressive and durable adhesive make it a great all-around tape that can be used in many applications that require a double-sided tape, especially bonding and assembly applications where conformability and minimum overall thickness are important.

It will safely adhere to fabrics as delicate as silk, linen and velvet without the adhesive bleeding or damaging the fabric. Maximum adhesion is reached within 24 hours under weight. Our stitchery tape is available in varying widths from .75 inches to 1.5 inches on 60-yard rolls, or 1.5 inches on a 20-yard roll.

We also offer an ATG archival grade double-sided tape that offers excellent bonding and matting capabilities. It works extremely well on fabric mats, double mats, and encapsulation, with great transfer adhesion to irregular surfaces. Other sizes may be available.
