Do you charge sales tax?

A: Yes. United States sales tax is charged for orders shipped to states where sales tax is applicable. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates based on state tax laws. Please note that state and local sales tax rates are subject to change at any time.

What if I am tax exempt in the United States?

A: If you are tax exempt, please call 1-844-pik-fast to speak with your sales representative to update that information. Or you can complete this form and fax it back to us. Please state your affiliations exemption status and include your full contact information and fax everything back to 262-721-1248. Please allow up to 48 hours for this process to reflect onto your account. Take note that we will not refund tax applied to orders that were placed prior to the tax exemption form being completed and granted.

Can I place an order and pick it up locally?

A: Yes. We offer FREE domestic freight for all orders over your minimal order requirments based on pricing tier, shipping within the United States. If for whatever reason, you need your product sooner than it would take to reach you via ground shipping, please inform your salesperson that you are looking to pick up your order from our warehouse. We are located at 4220 Courtney Road, Franksville, WI 53126. As long as we are notified in advance, we can have your product available for pick up.

Where can I find product data sheets?

A: While we are always updating our spec sheets to fit your application, you can view our most popular product information by clicking here for details. All others will be available upon request.

How do I apply for terms?

A: You can apply for terms by completing this form and scanning it back to your salesperson or faxing it to 262-721-1248. You will be required to include your business name and address, your full contact information, the accounting person contact and email, a bank reference and trade reference. If your companies’ credit score cannot be traced or pulled from one of the notable sites then you might be required to give up to 3 trade references. It is automatically required for international companies to include 3 trade references as we do not have access to your credit history.

How do I change/update my account information?

A: You can update your account online by clicking on the “Manage Addresses” tab underneath the Account option near the bottom of the site. There you can update your contact information and shipping/mailing address. If you want to update your account further, please contact your salesperson and they will be happy to assist you with those changes.

How can I sign up to receive sales flyers or to be notified of promotions?

A: We are delighted that you would like to stay informed. Please visit the homepage on our website and sign up for savings. There is a blue box near the bottom right of our homepage and you can subscribe to stay up to date on savings opportunities by inputting your email account to authorize your consent.

What is your return policy?

A: Orders accepted by FAST are not subject to changes or suspension, except by mutual agreement. Cancellations will not be accepted on non-standard and blanket orders. FAST reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns or issue credit. Except by mutual agreement regarding a quality issue, FAST reserves the right to determine whether or not a restocking fee will be charged with credit or if replacement of product will be issued for any returns. The discretion of assessing credit or replacing product will only be determined by FAST. All claims must be made within (45) days of receipt of goods.
